A nocturnal scene at a public space: Three people meet. It is unclear whether they are acquainted or just happen to stand next to each other by chance. At first, they are eyeing each other warily. Eventually, provocation turns to attraction, nearness. A connection ensues… Three dancers push everyday situations into the absurd. They develop virtuosic, sweeping scenes right before our eyes, creating a fragile reality.

Mira Rosa Plikat is a freelance dancer, choreographer, and painter in Cologne. She studied contemporary dance at the Centre for Contemporary Dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln in Cologne. Prior to her dancing career, she studied art and psychology at the TU Dortmund University. Her experiences in visual arts have been influencing her performative works time and again. She has been creating her own choreographies and video works since 2019, and they have been shown at Tanzfaktur Köln, at Studiobühne Köln, the Flottmannhallen in Herne, at tanzhaus NRW, at Tanzhaus Zürich as well as at Südufer Freiburg and elsewhere. As a performer, she contributed to choreographies by Emanuel Gat, Cie. Willi Dorner, Tacho Tinta and Judith Sanchez, as well as to others.
