PLAY FULL 2025

PLAY FULL is all about performative practices and exploratory research approaches in theatre for a young audience. During our mini festival, presenting selected productions, workshops, and discussions, children, youths, artists and educators meet.

This fourth edition of PLAY FULL is wholly dedicated to getting involved. Together with our audience, we want to foster exchange on what you always wanted to see on a stage. The invited pieces Die letzte Show and Du bist dran! investigate the joys and the responsibility of participation. Starting from this, the Misch mit workshop intends to collect more ideas and voices regarding your wishes towards future pieces. Yet this is not only about your visions for the theatre, but also about political participation. The young Elbers/Zhukov ensemble gives insight into their research and rehearsal phases for democratic playground: exploring the room. Furthermore, we provide visibility to the voices of all those who are officially still too young to take part in the German parliamentary elections.
