The state needs to save money – whether it is on a federal, a state, or a city level. It is almost unavoidable to ask: How much art do we want to be able to afford in the future? About the relevance of art in times of crisis, the securing of its independence and freedom, Holger Bergmann (Director Fonds Darstellende Künste), Dr. Andrea Firmenich (General Secretary Kunststiftung NRW), Daniela Schneckenburger (Alderwoman Deutscher Städtetag/ German Association of Cities and Towns) discuss with cultural journalist Stefan Koldehoff (Deutschlandfunk).

At FFT, a calm room is available throughout its opening hours. You can use it if you need a moment to yourself away from social interaction. The room has beanbags, cushions, and space to lie down. Please note that the room is not soundproof, so you may hear some noise from outside. Fidget toys and noise-cancelling headphones are also available in the room if you need them.
