Desenfreno Tropical

Desenfreno Tropical are a band for Latin American, tropicannibalistic music with a concept that pursues an experimental, interdisciplinary and simultaneously danceable approach that searches for new ways of understanding the ritualistic dimensions of the celebration. Out of this, a dialogue emerges between Latin American traditions and tropical rhythms as well as modern global influences such as avantgarde jazz, electronic music, and psychedelic rock.

The band, out of 500 applicants, was chosen for both the first editions of the Madrid Music Meeting Festival at the Sala Villanos in Madrid as well as the Open Lab 2025 at Silent Green in Berlin. Additionally, they also performed at venues such as Munich’s Import Export, Odonien in Cologne, Spinnerei in Bern, The Pool, WP8, SUBSOL and Düsseldorf’s Kunstakademie.
